This trek starts from Bumthang passing through forests of Cyprus, juniper, spruce, hemlock and maple.

The main highlight of this trek is the Hot Spring (known for healing properties). There are also good chances of seeing wildlife such as Musk Deer and herds of Blue Sheep on this trek.

As on all the treks, here too, the scenery is spectacular.

Blue sheep are the principal prey of the snow leopards
